23.11.20 Roving Restorers had a busy time weeding pesky vine weeds (white moth vine, brazillian nightshade and dutchman's pipe) and coral berry at Gumnut Nature Refuge yesterday morning. We were happy to have a shady spot to work. A new weed that has appeared is Jewels of Opar (Talinum paniculatum). This is a garden escapee that is now turning up in forested areas. Here's a link to an old post from Land for Wildlife SEQld with some useful information and pictures. Thanks everyone for your hard work.
